Drowning or near-drowning incidents
Physical exertion-related injuries

Assumption of Risk

You (and/or your child) voluntarily participate in swim lessons and assume all risks, both known and unknown, associated with participation.

Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by California law, you agree to release, waive, and discharge Sapphire Swim Club, its owners, instructors, and affiliates from any and all liability for injuries, damages, or losses arising from participation in swim lessons, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
